Psychedelic integration sessions

I am a fully qualified counsellor, a bwiti initate and a member of the Institute of Psychedelic Therapy, and I am pleased to offer one-to-one sessions on psychedelic preparation and integration. You can also work with me to process difficult or unsettling psychedelic experiences or spiritual emergency.

Psychedelic preparation sessions

It is said that the ceremony begins at the moment when you decided to sign up.

The lead-up to a psychedelic experience can be scary, overwhelming, or uneasy - all normal, and all signs of your deep respect for what you are about to encounter.

But support is available. I offer a space to reflect on your thoughts, feelings, hopes and intentions for your upcoming psychedelic work. Together, we can set intentions, prepare for the unexpected, or simply find a place to be supported in preparing for your journey.

Sessions can be one-off sessions, or a series to help you prepare more fully.

Integration is everything

My Psychedelic Integration sessions are a place to be seen, heard, and felt. Where you can find ways to honour, respect, and understand your experiences. It is a place to find support as you find meanings, author changes and realise your intentions in life, to help you identify and integrate psychedelic realisations and revelations.

I will assist you in finding meaning in your psychedelic experiences and in understanding their impact on your life.

Next steps

Please contact me for more information. Please note that I do not offer psychedelics or trip sitting services.

A statement on cultural appropriation and cross-cultural work

As a white westerner I recognise that this work is frequently informed by cultures that are not my own and experiences in cultures that are not my own.

In acknowledgement of this, some funds received through this are gifted to Blessings of the Forest, an organisation preserving, researching and sharing knowledge about the medicinal plants and indigenous traditions of the Gabonese forest people, and to Ebando Cultural Centre in Libreville, Gabon.

I acknowledge the wisdom of Gabon and Bwiti, which informs some of this work. If you would like to know more, get in touch.
